Terrorism spreads to central Spain...

"Simultaneous explosions have killed at least 131 people and injured more than 400 on packed trains in Madrid in pre-election attacks in what could be the bloodiest day in three decades of violent Basque separatism."

The death toll is closer to 200 now. The woman on the hill and I stopped at the Atocha station on our trip through Spain. we actually had a long lay over there. it is quite similar to Union Station here in D.C. in that it has both connections to Metro rail lines and long distance rail lines.

ETA is the current suspect with elections 3 days away.
